What is your return policy? Changed your mind? No worries. We accept returns up to 30 days after your order has been delivered. Return postage is the customer's responsibility — however, if your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong piece, we'll cover the shipping back to us. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving your return, returned to the payment method you used at checkout.

How can I return an item? Start by emailing us at info@cole-sydney.com and we'll take it from there — our team will provide you with everything you need to send your item back safely. Please note that unless your item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are yours to cover.

What are your delivery costs? We offer free shipping on every order placed within Australia. Visit our Shipping Policy for further information.

How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 2–3 business days before being handed to our shipping partner. Delivery then takes an additional 4–9 business days, meaning you can expect your order to arrive within 6–12 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier or weather delays.

Do you ship internationally? At the moment, we ship to Australian addresses only.

How can I track my order? The moment your order leaves our hands, you'll receive an email containing a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way. You can also check in on your order at any time through the Track Your Order page on our website.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? We're so sorry to hear something went wrong! Please take a moment to check your order upon arrival. We'll resolve it as quickly as we can and take care of any return shipping costs on our side.
